The Crystal Lakes Water and Sewer Association Annual Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 29, 2021. Due to COVID-19, this year’s annual meeting will be held via Zoom. The Board will be meeting at the Water & Sewer Office at 241 Blackfoot Rd, the property owner will join via Zoom. Registration and roll call will begin at 12:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom Meeting ID is 829-0225-5413. You may use audio and video in the Zoom app. If you prefer to call in, you may use one of the phone numbers below and enter the meeting ID. You may use these numbers with any type of phone, including home phones. Smart phones are not required.

Zoom is available for free, and can be downloaded onto a computer or as an app on your mobile device. With the increased interest in web conferencing, Zoom has put together some short videos guiding you through the process for computers. At the time of this writing, Zoom has not made videos demonstrating the mobile app. Simply go to the app store and search for “Zoom.” Download the app and sign up (for free).
In order to ensure that all owners are signed in correctly, we will be using a waiting room format and will allow one unit owner at a time to enter the meeting. Please change your profile name to your last name with filing and lot so that we can quickly identify you. Example: John Doe owns lot 5 in filing 12 – Doe 12005. We understand that this is a new and unusual format for the annual meeting and we appreciate your participation and patience during this process.
