The Crystal Lakes Water & Sewer Association is seeking a full-time, seasonal Field Technician to help with our busy summer season. Work close to home, learn more about your community and work with a fun, dedicated team! Typical hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend on-call.

Position Title: Field Technician (Seasonal)

Position Description: Full-time, onsite, seasonal field technician for a large-scale mountain community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Water Delivery
  • Sewer hauls
  • Daily monitoring of all 6th Filing water meters
  • Chlorine residual testing as needed, under the direction of the Field Supervisor
  • Service line repair/replacement, under the direction of the Field Supervisor
  • Monitoring of chlorine solution tank
  • Performing other water and sewer duties within in the community as needed under the direction of the Field Supervisor

Compensation:

  • Seasonal full-time, May through September, April start date for training is preferred.
  • Hourly position, not to excel 40 hours per week without prior approval of Field Supervisor
  • Pay rate negotiable

Prerequisites:

  • Must be lawfully eligible for employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check may be required
  • Drug testing may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Seasonal Office Assistant
April 2023

Crystal Lakes Water and Sewer Association is seeking a part-time Office Assistant for expanded seasonal office hours. Work close to home, learn more about your community and work with a fun, dedicated team! During the training period, hours will be Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to noon. Upon completion of training, typical hours will be 10-4 on Tuesday and 9-4 Friday and Saturday. Occasional flexibility with the schedule is appreciated. The Office Assistant will provide general office and customer service support, including helping owners with well and septic permits, creating work orders and taking payments.

Position Title: Office Assistant (Seasonal)

Position Description: Part-time, onsite, seasonal position serving as an Office Assistant for a large-scale mountain community, primarily responsible for executing the day-to-day office duties for the Water and Sewer Association. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating work orders and processing payments for residential water and sewer haul orders
  • Providing administrative support for Board meetings and Member meetings
  • Providing administrative support for the Community Association Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Field Supervisor
  • Communicating efficiently with field staff
  • Managing files and computer records
  • Communicating with homeowners and vendors in a professional manner via phone, mail and email
  • Creating owner invoices for services rendered
  • Light collections activities for past-due service invoices
  • Processing of water and waste water permit applications
  • Maintaining the Association’s Owner contacts database
  • Other duties as assigned
