Quarterly Public Notice for Failure to Install Treatment for Lead and Copper
The Crystal Lakes Water & Sewer Association has been working with the State of Colorado to gain approval for an Optimal Corrosion Control Treatment plan to treat the water in the 11th Filing Community Water System for Lead and Copper. We were unable to get approval and have the treatment installed by the deadline of May 23rd, 2021, therefore the Association is required to post a Quarterly Public Notice until such treatment is installed.
