Susan Dalke, CMCA®
Susan Dalke joined the Water & Sewer team in October 2019 and transitioned into the roll of Manager in November 2021.
Susan is a second generation Coloradoan, growing up in Loveland, and explored the Red Feather Lakes area for years before becoming a full-time resident in November 2017.
Susan operates with a strong sense of community and enjoys the opportunity to serve folks on the mountain. She enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and knitting and in her spare time you will often find her exploring the area with her shepard mix, Piñón.
Darla Pisciotti
Darla Pisciotti joined the Water and Sewer team in May 2019 as a seasonal Office Assistant, a position that has now transitioned to year-round, full-time Administrative Assistant.
Darla has been a full time resident in Crystal Lakes for over 7 years. She is fascinated with all the wild life sightings, wonderful fishing and great 4-wheel opportunities that Crystal Lakes offers. She is excited to be a part of the Water and Sewer team!
Brian Schaneman
Brian Schaneman rejoined the Water & Sewer field crew in May 2022 as the seasonal field tech. In September he came on full-time, year-round bringing his 40+ years of experience on the mountain. Brian is full-time resident of Glacier View and enjoys bow hunting and throwing the ball for his Little Dog. In the winter of 2026, Brian moved into the field supervisor position.
Martin Schaneman accepted the seasonal field position for the 2025 summer and then has had the chance to stay on-staff all year. Martin is a full-time resident of Glacier View with his lovely wife, Taylor, and grew up on the mountain. His background in computer science will be very helpful as the Crystal Lakes water systems move into the 21st century, but at the same time Martin is not afraid to jump into the control valve pit and get dirty.
