Water & Sewer Board Meetings are held on the fourth Saturday of every month at 9am, and are conducted via web/teleconferencing on Zoom. The current month’s meeting information is posted in the calendar below.

The CLWSA Annual Meeting is conducted in May every year. Notification of this meeting is sent to the property owners via US mail.
